An Overview of Our Services
We work hard to create a relaxed, welcoming environment where you can be yourself, ask questions, laugh when it's appropriate, and learn practical skills without feeling judged.
Everyone's journey looks different, which is why we offer more than one path to healing. Whether you're looking for one-on-one psychotherapy or our structured Functional Living Program, our services are designed to help you improve emotional wellness, strengthen daily functioning, and build practical skills you can continue using long after treatment ends. No matter where you're starting, we'll meet you with compassion, practical guidance, and a personalized plan to help you find your new way.
We genuinely love what we do, and it is a privilege to walk alongside people during some of life's most difficult moments. Our goal isn't to create lifelong therapy clients; it's to teach you the skills, confidence, and strategies you need to become your own best support. We want you to leave each session not only feeling heard, but feeling equipped to take the next step forward.
Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, grief, or life's challenges, our therapists provide personalized care tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll help you build practical coping skills, gain insight, and move forward with confidence.
Our Functional Living Program is a higher level of care beyond traditional therapy by teaching practical skills that improve daily functioning, emotional wellness, and independence. Through structured group sessions and individualized support, you'll learn tools you can apply to real life.
NewWay Health is exploring the development of a structured virtual Functional Living Program for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 8–21. We need to understand how many families may be interested and which age groups have the greatest need. Medicaid covers this service if your child meets their criteria.
