Adolescent Functional Living Group
NewWay Health is exploring the development of a structured virtual Functional Living Program for children, adolescents, and young adults ages 8–21. Please click below to show us you're interested!
The program would support participants experiencing significant emotional or mental health challenges. It would help them strengthen coping skills, emotional regulation, confidence, communication, routines, and other practical skills needed to function more successfully at home, at school, and in everyday life.
Before finalizing the program, we need to understand how many families may be interested and which age groups have the greatest need.
Groups would be organized by age, with possible ranges of:
8–11
12–14
15–17 18–21
Submitting an interest form does not commit you to participating and does not guarantee placement. It simply helps us determine whether there is enough interest to move forward, how the groups should be divided, and which age ranges should be prioritized.
